Case for Care is built by Delivix, a small team based in Glasgow, Scotland. We are not part of the NHS, and everything on this site is information, not legal advice.
What Case for Care does
Case for Care helps families in England prepare for the NHS Continuing Healthcare process. Start with the free screener to see whether a case is likely to reach the Checklist stage. If it looks promising, the paid tiers on our pricing page add a written case report, ongoing case management and a reviewed appeal pack, once each one launches.
Why we built it
Most families never hear about Continuing Healthcare funding until a social worker or a friend mentions it by chance. The rules that decide who qualifies are written down in the National Framework, and Case for Care turns those rules into your case, one step at a time. You do not have to become an expert in the system while you are caring for someone and feeling exhausted by it.
England only
Case for Care covers the Continuing Healthcare process that applies in England. Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland run different systems, so this site does not cover them.
